Description
The Seaside Resort of San Antonio is located just 2.5 miles away from the Seaside Resort called La Pedrera.
San Antonio is entirely surrounded by rural plots, except for the southeast where it is bordered by the oceanic beach. The shore extension is approximately 3.5 kilometers long by half kilometer wide.
According to Local Regulations the area is divided in three different zones:
Zone A - Coastal Protection Area
It includes the coast line lots. To protect this section it's allowed to build on the 20% of the furface of the involved plot, so that the use of the land is compatible with preservation of coastal dynamics.
Zone B - Transitional Area
The second line beach lots are included in this zone. Regulations allow a 30% for building in order to buffer the effects of urban development on the coast.
Zone C - Urban Development Area
It includes the remaining area of the region, being the third and fourth line from the coast. It's allowed to build in a 35% of the lot.
